Our practice strives to give the power back to the patient and to bring a level of intimacy and compassion back into healthcare. Do you take insurance?
Forward Wellness is an out-of-network provider and does not participate in any insurance plans as our services are not typically covered under insurance, therefore we do not bill insurance.
Do you provide virtual visits?
Yes, after your first in-office visit, telehealth appointments are available .
How do I pay?
Services are paid for at the time of your visit. We accept cash, Venmo, FSA, HSA, CareCredit and all major credit and debit cards. If you have enrolled in one of our membership plans, payments are processed every 30 days.
