Courtney founded Forward after more than 12 years working in emergency and primary care, where she saw firsthand how traditional healthcare failed to provide time, prevention, or connection. Dual board-certified in Family Practice and Acute Care, she brings the rare blend of frontline ER expertise and a passion for long-term wellness.

Her turning point came when former patients began seeking her out, sharing how much they valued her care. Their words—“I’ve never had someone care like you”—confirmed what she already knew: people needed more than traditional healthcare. They were looking not only to stay out of the ER, but for a space where health and aesthetics worked together, giving them the chance to feel whole inside and out.

Courtney is known for her leadership, calm in high-stakes situations, and relentless follow-through. She especially loves treating diabetes and celebrates every time she helps a patient avoid or come off insulin—it feels like a shared victory.

Her personal journey also shapes her care: becoming a mom at 17 taught her grit, compassion, and the importance of building something lasting. Today, she leads Forward with that same determination, ensuring no patient ever feels overlooked, rushed, or alone.
